Healthcare platform rescue mission. Founder (former nurse) had a working prototype built by an offshore team that was a tech debt nightmare — $8K/month AWS bill, 12-second page loads, no backups, database corruption every 2 weeks. I performed a full infrastructure audit, migrated to Hetzner ($180/mo), rewrote critical query paths, implemented proper backup strategy, monitoring, and zero-downtime deployment pipeline.
